Day 01: Paro Airport – Thimphu
(Distance: 65 kms. / Driving Time: 2 hrs. / Altitude of Thimphu: 2350 mts.)
Meet & Greet on arrival at Paro Airport and transfer to Thimphu (7,710 ft.) the capital city of Bhutan.On arrival check in at the hotel. Evening explore the Thimpu town by walk. Overnight stay at Thimphu.
Day 02: Thimphu Sightseeing
After breakfast visit KuenselPhodrang (Buddha Statue) a place for refreshing with a huge statue of Buddha on the top of the KuenselPhodrang, National Memorial Chorten (Monument) &Folk Heritage Museum. Afternoon visit Sangaygang View Point, Changangkha Monastery, Taking Preserve Centre, The talking national animal of Bhutan can be seen here  TashichhoDzong (Fortress of the Glorious Religion). Overnight stay at Thimphu.
Day 03: Thimphu – Punakha/Wangdue Sightseeing
(Distance: 77 kms. / Driving Time: 3 hrs. / Altitude of Punakha: 1310 mts.)
After breakfast drive to Punakha / Wangdue, On the way Stop at Dochu-La-Pass (3150 mts.). to view the higher Himalayas. Arrival at Punakha check in at hotel. After noon visit Punakha Dzong - built in 1637 by ZhabdrungNgawangNamgyal. For many years until the time of the second king, it served as the seat of the Government. The Dzong was named DrukPungthangDechenPhodrang (Palace of Great Happiness). Punakha is still the winter residence of Je-Khenpo and King Jigme DorjiWangchuck convened the first National Assembly here in 1952.  After that take a short excursion trip to visit the Chhimi Lhakhang - The Temple, also known as “The Temple of Fertility” was built by Lama Drukpa Kuenley, “The Devine Mad Man”. Evening free for leisure. Overnight stay will be at Punakha / Wangdue.
Day 04: Punakha/Wangdue – Paro Sightseeing
(Distance: 140 kms. / Driving Time: 5 hrs. / Altitude of Paro: 2280 mts.)
After breakfast drive to Paro (7,483 ft.). On the way stop at Lamperi to visit Royal Botanical Park -The park contains a rich biodiversity of flora and fauna and features a huge species of plants and animals including endangered species. On arrival check in at the hotel.Afternoon visit Ta Dzong - National Museum with an excellent collection of arts, relics, religious thangkha, etc.RinpungDzong - Meaning "fortress of the heap of jewels". The dzong now serves as the administrative and judicial seat of Paro. Evening free for leisure.Overnight stay at Paro.
Day 05: Paro Sightseeing
After breakfast visit DrukgyelDzong. Also visit famous Taktsang Monastery - called “Tiger's Nest” (2hrs hike from the base camp) &Kitchu Monastery. Overnight stay will be at Paro.
Day 06: Excursion to Chele-La-Pass
(Distance: 35 kms. One way / Driving Time: 2 hrs. / Altitude of Chele-La-Pass: 3810 mts.)
After breakfast excursion trip to Chele-La-Pass (13,088 ft.) – the highest motorable road in Bhutan. Enjoy the scenic beauty & memorable landscapes from Chele-La-Pass. Back to Paro. Rest of the day is free for leisure. Overnight stay at Paro.
Day 07: Paro Airport
After breakfast check out from hotel and drop at Paro Airport for your onward journey.

    In Bhutan, maximum hotel provide twin bedded room. Only a few of them are double (King/or Queen size) Bedded rooms.

    The rates are valid till 28th Feb 2017 and for Indian nationals only.
    Supplementary charges may be applicable during festival dates other blackout dates as may be applicable in respective hotels.
    Indian travelers can carry INR 500 & 1000 currency up to the limit of 25000 per person in Bhutan. You may carry the rest in smaller notes.

Tour Price Excludes:

•    Personal expenses such as laundry, telephone bills, bar bills, tips & gratuity, bottled water and cost for other activities such as rafting, rock climbing, paragliding, porterage, etc.
•    Additional sightseeing or extra usage of vehicle, other than mentioned in the itinerary.
•    Entrance Fees for museums and monuments.
•    Any cost arising due to unforeseen contingencies such as landslides, road blockage, political disturbances (strikes), etc. Such expenses will have to be paid directly.
•    Any increase in taxes or fuel price, leading to increase in cost on surface transportation & land arrangements, which may come into effect prior to departure.
•    Service Tax.
•    Any form of Insurance.
•    Anything which is not included in the inclusion.

Child Policy:Hotels are very strict with the child policy. Please carry the age proof so that it can be produced when asked.

About Hotel:
-    Check-in & Check-out time 12:00 hrs
-    Categories of Rooms in the packages are based on base category of rooms, unless specified.
-    A valid photo ID proof for all guests staying at the hotel is mandatory. 
-    For Extra adult in the room we will provide an extra bed (wherever possible), but most of the hotels provide extra mattress or roll away bed. Most of the hotels do not have provision for an extra bed.
-    Operator reserves the right to re-arrange itinerary to suit hotel availability without changing the total number of days in each destination and without compromising with any services.
Important Facts for Travellers:

Entry Permit for Bhutan:
Indian nationals do not require any visa for Bhutan. A permit will be issued at the entry point on production of a passport with 6 months validity or Voter ID (only valid document for issuing the Bhutan Entry permit) and 04 passport size photographs.

If you are entering Bhutan via land, it is to be noted that the permits are issued only during working days and hours. (Monday to Friday between 9 am to 4 pm during winter and 5 pm during summer). It is suggested that the travelers arriving in Phuentsholing on Friday should arrive latest by 2 pm in order to complete the entry formalities. No permits is issued on Saturday, Sunday and Bhutan government holidays.


Special Permit  for Punakha / Wangdue:
Special Permit is required to visit places beyond Thimphu and Paro from, the Department of Immigrations, Thimphu. No charges will be applicable for this permit. Please bring 02 passport size photographs and Voter ID card or Passport of each person including child. This special permit is given only after guest has entered Bhutan. Permits are not issued on Saturday, Sunday & Bhutan Govt. holidays.

    We need following for process your booking Guest Name & Contact Number. Naming List with gender & age.
    High season surcharge will be applicable for every booking on 16th Oct – 25th Oct during Durga Puja, 20th Dec – 5th Jan during X-Mass & New Year & during Holi (as per date), ThimpuTshechu (23rd to 25th Sept 2015) & Paro Tshechu (20th to 24th March 2016) .
Entry Formalities for Foreigners:
Bhutan Visa: Please be informed that no foreign embassies/ Missions/ Agencies can issue Visa for Bhutan except the Department of immigration, Thimphu Bhutan. For this as per immigration rule in Bhutan client has to deposit full payment by US$ to our Bhutan National Bank a/c and followed by your payment we shall process the visa application in Thimpu. It takes a week to process the Visa. The Visa approval letter/ Visa Clearance letter issued by the Department of immigration, Thimphu Bhutan will be mailed to you. You have to carry this document when you board the flight to Bhutan. The actual visa will be stamped in your passport upon arrival in Bhutan.
Passport: A valid passport is required for travel to Bhutan and the validity of the passport should be minimum 6 months. Kindly forward the colour scan copy of the original passports of each passenger.
DO'S:
    Adults must carry original & valid passport with 6 months validity or original Voter ID card. Children must carry original & valid Passport or original birth certificate & school photo ID card. 
    Remember to carry sufficient woolens including hand gloves.
    Please check with your mobile service provider for charges related to Bhutan.

DON'TS:
•    Tobacco & Tobacco products are banned in Bhutan. However travelers may carry limited quantity for their personal consumption in payment of taxes as may be applicable the entry points.
•    Do not bring any plant or agricultural product out of Bhutan. It is illegal.
•    Credit cards are accepted in selected establishments in Bhutan.

1.    Any confirmation is subject to a non-refundable advance deposit of 50% of the total booking amount and has to be paid immediately, after that we can process the booking.
2.    Balance Payment has to be made before 30 days of commencement of Tour.

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation has to be sent to us by Fax / Email.

A) High Season (March, April, May, August, September, October and Nov)
    Cancellation made within 31-60 days from the date of arrival: 50%
    Cancellation made within 30 days from the date of arrival: 100%

B) Low Season (Jan, Feb, Jun, Jul, Dec)
    Cancellation made within 11-30 days from the date of arrival: 50%
    Cancellation made within 10 days form the date of arrival: 100%

C) Cancellation against Premium and 5 * like – (Uma Paro, Zhiwa Ling, Nak-Sel, Aman Group, Taj Tashi, Le Meridiean& Others As Mentioned Case Wise) have a very strict cancellation policy, which are as follows: 
     a)   No refunds on the advance/ prepayment made for holding the booking.
     b)   In case of confirmed bookings full payment has to be made 35 day prior otherwise the booking against advance / prepayment will be auto cancelled.
    c)     100% cancellation will be charged for all bookings falling under 30 days from the date of arrival.
    d)    No refunds will be extended for early departures or any king of amendments.
